What is the booking process like?

First of all we recommend that you check out our videos on our Portfolio to make sure you like the look of the content and style that we create. After that, feel free to contact us if you have any questions or keep an eye out for the wedding fayres that we are attending and meet us in person! After that get in contact via our contact us page and we can arrange a production meeting to meet you and discuss your requirements. The contract and deposit will be discussed during the production meeting.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a 25% deposit will be required to reserve your wedding date. To avoid disappointment we recommend booking as early as possible. The remaining balance will be due 21 days before the wedding.

What do your videos look like?

Over the past years, we have built a wealth of experience capturing special days from around the North West. We work with each couple to create them their dream wedding video. Our videos are a perfect mixture cinematic and candid, this unique style of video allows us to make a great Wedding Video which you will love to share! You will be sure to see a great mix of your entire day in the videos along with a range of family and friends

How far can you travel to film my wedding?

We are based in Manchester and a 35 mile radius is included within the price of the package. If your wedding is further afield we charge 45p a mile. For weddings further away (a drive longer than 65 mins) we would suggest a local accommodation for the night before, so we can minimise any disruptions travelling such a traffic, this also allows us to capture more of your wedding in the morning.

What equipment do you use to film weddings?

We use a range of high quality film making equipment to record your special day. We use a mixture of Canon and Panasonic cameras, a range of zoom and prime lenses, shotgun mics, boom mics, zoom recorders, sliders, tripods and LED panels (to capture the video guestbook). The video edits are also completed by an Adobe Certified Expert to ensure you see the best edit of your day.

Can I customise my package?

Yes of course! We will work with you to find out exactly what you want from capturing your wedding day. We have 4 main packages with a selection of additional extras we can mix together to ensure we record exactly what you want. What if something happens and you can't film my wedding anymore?

This is highly unlikely! But if this was to happen we are partnered with another videographer with a very similar style to us.

How long will it take to receive my Wedding Films?

We want to get your films to you as quickly as possible, but we don't want to rush the films for your special day. We aim to get the highlights reel to you within 2-4 weeks, so you can quickly share the special moments online with your friends and family. For the rest of the videos we aim to get them back to you within 8 weeks, but in busier periods, this may be up to 10 weeks.

What format will I Receive my Wedding film on?

We are currently at a crossover in the best media to supply your wedding film on! Because of this we let you choose from  a USB drive or a online transfer! Our personal favourite is the USB drive, a perfect mix between the old and new! We can also provide extra copies of the USB drives for a cost £7.50 each.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?
​
The 10% fee to book the wedding is non refundable. If you would like to cancel our services, please get in contact with as soon as possible and we will work with you to sort that out.

Can we have the Raw footage?
​
We don't provide the raw footage from our weddings, if you want more footage of your special day, we would recommend getting one of the packages which includes more content.

How many crew will film my wedding?
​
Normally two of us will film your wedding, but we will have 3 cameras recording the big parts of your day, including the Ceremony and Speeches. We bring two people along to make sure we can capture more memories and the moments that you may miss. On the rare occasion we will bring 3 camera operators along if there is something on the day calls for it. We will of course discuss this with you in the production meeting. The crew will show up in smart casual clothing and we will remain undisruptive throughout the entire day.

Can you make changes to my video edit?

Yes! Sometimes we have a choice of more than one clip to use at once and we go a certain way, if you would prefer to see the edit slightly differently let us know with in 14 days of receiving the edit and we will sort this out for you.

Can we make changes to our package?
​
Sure you can! once booked with us, you can change the package to include more or less, right up until two weeks before the wedding! Please note, if the package is changing drastically, we might need another production meeting to make sure we are capturing everything you want.
